The
most incredible sight in India.
When I first saw the Taj, I cried, it was so beautiful. You will enjoy
the gardens on the grounds and the reflecting pool, especially on the
full moon.

After
the Taj Mahal was complete, the prince declared that the king was
mad for spending all the wealth of the kingdom to build it. This
is the prison that the king was sent to by his son. It overlooks
the Taj Mahal, just across the river. |

| There
are many fine gardens surrounding the grounds of the Taj Mahal.
It is very peaceful to sit in the gardens and feel the wind breezing
by. |

The
Taj Mahal is in Agra. It is a day trip from the Kumbh mela grounds.
I was very touched when I first saw the real scale and beauty of
the place. It's a must see even for spiritual seekers. |
